My process for creating art follows a ritual of destruction and rebuilding of mutiple layers to arrive at a piece that holds energy. Most of my pieces start as a study tool for learning Ancient Greek and have words transcribed onto the page. These are words from my studies that have jumped out as holding significance. Often they are sections that have been mistranslated though history and hold a hidden truth.
